So you’ve decided it’s time for a tattoo with Cesar. Now it’s time to book a tattoo appointment!

Please follow the instructions below to ensure your booking goes smoothly.

Tattoo Consultation

In order to start the booking process for a tattoo appointment with Cesar, an online consultation is the first step. Consults can be done through Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messaging, or email, through the contact form.

To proceed with the consult, Cesar will need as much information about your idea as possible. Please include your desired placement, and visual examples if at all possible. Sending photographs, even just photos from Google if necessary, is the most effective way to fully explain your concept.

If you are looking to book for a portrait, memorial, or custom realism tattoo, please understand that high quality reference photos are essential. Low quality or low contrast photographs are difficult to tattoo and as a result, may be turned down.

If your idea is not within Cesar’s preferred style range, adjustments to the design may be discussed as a result. If a mutual compromise is not seen as possible, you may be referred to another artist within the shop.

Placing A Deposit

Once your design has been discussed and approved with Cesar, he will be able to roughly estimate the amount of time/appointments that will be necessary to complete your project. The necessary time will fully depend on your concept. Therefore, the more detail you want in your piece, the longer your project will take.

You will be given a referral to call Creative Ink to book your tattoo appointment(s) once your design is settled. To reserve your tattoo appointment(s), a deposit will be required up front for each tattoo appointment(s).

Cesar’s required deposit is $300, one full hour of his hourly rate.

Upon booking, individual deposits are necessary for each tattoo appointment.

The total of each deposit will be counted towards the final price of each of your sessions, and will be considered as the first hour paid, at the end of each tattoo appointment.

If it’s seen as necessary to book multiple sessions, it’s suggested to book all of the tattoo appointments at once. Cesar’s wait times can exceed 3 to 10 months at a time. As a result of the high demand, it’s necessary to book all of your tattoo appointments within the same call. It’s essential to prevent large gaps in booking.

Confirmation

Once you have booked your appointment(s) and placed your deposit(s), you will receive a confirmation email shortly after. The email will be through our Google Calendar services. The confirmation will list the time, date, and location of your tattoo appointment. Attached to the confirmation email will also be PDF sheets. One document is the deposit agreement form, our shop consent form, information related to our shop’s covid precautions and a pre-care guide for your skin.

Please read through the pre-care guide, as it will prepare you for your upcoming tattoo appointment(s). Further information about recommended preparation can be found on Cesar’s Blog, as well as the Creative Ink website.

Please read over all of the attached deposit information, and confirm that the time/date of your booking is correct. If you have any concerns, problems, or notice any mistakes, please contact us immediately to remedy the situation.

One week before the date of your appointment, you will receive a confirmation call from Creative Ink. Please be sure to confirm your appointment as promptly as possible. You may confirm through email as well if you are unable to return our call!

Due to Cesar’s high demand, we do require some form of confirmation for your appointment. If we are unable to confirm through phone or email, a backup client may be contacted from our cancellation list. This is to be fair and prevent and unnecessary extended wait times for clients that are ready, and eager to be tattooed.

Cesar’s attention to detail is absolutely incredible. It’s not hard to see that he puts so much heart into each and every piece he creates. I searched for years for someone to work with for my leg piece, and I couldn’t have found a better artist! I constantly get complimented on my tattoos, I honestly could not be happier with how it has turned out so far. I really cannot recommend him enough, hands down the best artist I’ve worked with!

I've been getting tattooed by Cesar Perez for a while now and for good reason, the guy does incredible work and can give advice on your tattoo if you need the help. Tattooing for hours without many breaks, asking how you're doing and giving reassurance that you'll be OK.
