I've been getting tattooed by Cesar Perez for a while now and for good reason, the guy does incredible work and can give advice on your tattoo if you need the help. Tattooing for hours without many breaks, asking how you're doing and giving reassurance that you'll be OK. Cesar puts a lot into his work and always does an amazing job.
