This video is more than a transformation

This video is more than a transformation. It's a piece of my life.
At the beginning, you'll see a version of me that was struggling. I was overweight, unhappy, constantly stretching just trying to get some relief. Years of back and neck problems, chronic pain, Lyme disease, and genetic mutations had taken a toll on me physically and mentally.
There were days when simply getting through a tattoo session was difficult. My body hurt, my muscles were constantly tight, and sometimes I felt like I was fighting a battle nobody else could see.
Then life added another battle - going through a divorce, moving, rebuilding my life, being a father, dealing with financial responsibilities and continuing to work so I could provide for my children and meet my obligations.
There were plenty of reasons to give up.
I chose to keep going.Little by little, I started working on myselt.
Stretching. Training. Learning my body. Changing my nutrition.
Trying different approaches. Getting stronger. Some days! moved forward, other days I struggled, but I kept showing up.
And as this video goes on, you can literally watch me come back to life.
My body starts changing.
My strength comes back.
The muscle comes back.
The smile comes back.
And most importantly... I started feeling like
ME again.
I'm still a work in progress. I still have things deal with. But when I look at the person at the beginning of this video compared with the person at the end, I'm damn proud that never stopped fighting.
